Joseph L. Zollner is an associate attorney with the firm, admitted to practice in Illinois in 1998 and Florida in 1999. Mr. Zollner is a graduate of the University of Illinois (B.A. 1986), and The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois (J.D. 1998, cum laude), where he was a member of the Moot Court Council and received the LEXIS/NEXIS Award for academic achievement. Mr. Zollner has been a practicing attorney for over 12 years, handling various types of insurance-related litigation. He previously worked for Allstate Insurance Company as a Claims Representative, Subrogation Coordinator, Paralegal and Staff Counsel for a total of 13 years. He joined the firm in March of 2007.
