D. Haven Wojciak

D. Haven Wojciak is an associate attorney with the firm, admitted to practice in Nevada in 2005 and Florida in 2010. Mr. Wojciak is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.A., 2001) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 2005) where he was a member of the national HNBA Moot Court Competition team. Mr. Wojciak has been a practicing attorney for over 6 years, handling various types of insurance related litigation and complex construction litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wojciak worked at the Florida Supreme Court's Office of State Court Administration where he oversaw judicial education programs at the circuit and county level.

Mr. Wojciak is a member of the Florida Bar Law Related Education Committee, developing and presenting continuing education training for attorneys in Florida. He is actively involved in community affairs and previously served on the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Las Vegas, a non-profit providing transitional housing and job training for homeless families. He joined the firm in August of 2011.
