Erin Pottle

Erin Pottle is a paralegal providing litigation support for the firm. She has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal in insurance defense matters, as well as in environmental, maritime, bankruptcy, real estate, and personal injury law. She previously worked with Mr. Fitzpatrick on a multi-national Katrina-related business interruption claim and now assists Mr. Fitzpatrick in first-party coverage matters, SIU/fraud cases, and liability/personal injury defense. Ms. Pottle has participated in many trials and mediations during her career.

Ms. Pottle attended Tulane University for undergraduate studies and obtained her paralegal certification through Tulane's Paralegal Studies program. She joined the firm in August of 2010.
