Cristin A. McCaughin

Cristin A. McCaughin is a paralegal providing litigation support for the firm. She is a graduate of The University of South Florida (B.S. 1993) and thereafter obtained an Associate's degree in paralegal studies from Hillsborough Community College (A.S. 1997). She has over 17 years of legal experience in a variety of civil litigation matters, such as contract disputes, premise liability, fraudulent transfer, truth in lending, commercial landlord/tenant, real property disputes, and personal injury cases. Ms. McCaughin has participated in numerous trials in both state and federal courts during her career. She is registered with The Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal and has been an active member of the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association, Inc. and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. since 2003. She served as TBPA's Treasurer for 2009 and 2010 and is currently serving as a director of the association. Ms. McCaughin joined the firm in March, 2011.
