James S. Constable

James S. Constable is an associate attorney with the firm, admitted to practice in Florida in 2009. Mr. Constable is a graduate of the University of South Florida (B.A., 2006) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 2009). While attending law school Mr. Constable served as a law clerk at an in-house law firm for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he assisted in defending claims involving premises liability, personal and commercial automobile accidents, and workers' compensation. After being admitted to practice, Mr. Constable was employed at an insurance defense firm in Tampa concentrating in property insurance claims litigation and coverage analysis, including sinkhole claims, fire losses, SIU investigations, windstorm claims and related first-party claims. He joined the firm in July of 2011.
