Elizabeth B. Burgess

Elizabeth B. Burgess is an associate attorney with the firm, admitted to practice in Florida in 2005. Ms. Burgess is a graduate of Auburn University (B.S., Accountancy, 2002, cum laude) and Florida State University College of Law (J.D., 2005).

Ms. Burgess focuses her practice in civil litigation, and her practice areas include general insurance defense, liability claims, auto and premises liability, professional liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Burgess is admitted to practice in all State courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Ms. Burgess is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Tallahassee Women Lawyers, and the Tallahassee Bar Association. She joined the firm in March of 2009.
